Established in the midst of pandemic last march 2021 by its founder Lee Ritche M. Toledo. Mauban Project
This partnership is currently offered in Cagbalete island but is expected to rollout in other tourist destinations in Quezon Province such as Jomalig and Real.
Other Tourist Destinations
Currently in talks with the Tourism Officers of these Tourist Destinations to implement the same Tourist Portal made for Mauban Quezon
The Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority (TIEZA), a government corporation, acts as Department of Tourism’s implementing arm in providing support infrastructures and facilitating investments in tourism enterprise zones (TEZ) nationwide.
TIEZA and approached the DC Team to source out a payment channel for them that will be competitive against the current provider.
The agency is processing more than 200M transactions in a year prior the pandemic. Currently allowed headcount is at 3K per day.
DC will earn at least Php 1.00 per transaction
TLCI was commissioned by the DC Team to be the new system provider for the TIEZA project’s payment channels that will process online gaming bets.
The Team has spoken with 3 different payment providers with 1 already provided the MDR.
DC is expecting to earn at least .15% share in MDR per transaction.

Paymaya’s business model suits what DC is doing right now wherein LGUs, Government Agencies and Private Merchants are directly connected to the system of Paymaya. DC earns through a Referror’s commission.
Massdrop is the first Private Merchant that DC is dealing with. DC bridged the partnership with DragonPay as this payment channel has around 40K payment locations.
DC will likewise hook Massdrop up with Paymaya and 2C2P payment aggregators.
Malayan’s business model suits what DC is doing right now wherein LGUs, Government Agencies and Private Merchants are directly connected to the system of Malayan. DC earns through a Referral Commission.
